The GLS. In its element on any terrain.
As large as life.
The sky is the limit
The Sport model for the new A-Class sets the tone from top to toe. Contributing to this are the striking diamond radiator grille as well as red trim strips on the front and rear apron.
The optional red highlight rings in the headlamps, the powerful-looking AMG 5-spoke alloy wheels in high-sheen black finish, with 235/40 R 18 tyres, the red brake callipers and the "Sport" badges on the front wings also leave a lasting impression.
There is a good reason for the A 250 Sport being given the name it has. If it says "Sport" on the outside, then if it's a Mercedes-Benz, there's "Sport" on the inside, too. The model is compelling not just for its expressive design, but for its promise of added dynamism.
Numerous components - starting with the twin-pipe sports exhaust system for a full-bodied engine sound, through the ESP® configuration which has been optimised for sports performance, and through to the lowered AMG sports suspension with AMG-specific front axle - turn sporty driving into pure pleasure.
Expected to be available from the 4th quarter of 2012.
