With the standard-fit 7-speed automatic transmission 7G-TRONIC the gears are controlled directly and without any interruption in tractive power, making for constant responsiveness and greater convenience. If you want to brake quickly or efficiently, the 7G-TRONIC simply skips over several gears.

AIRMATIC package

The optional AIRMATIC package (standard for ML 420 CDI, ML 500 and ML 63 AMG) includes air suspension, front and rear, with level control. This noticeably increases comfort by keeping the vehicle level constant, even with heavier loads – so that the full extent of the spring travel is always available.

AMG styling

The optional AMG bodystyling captures the eye with a powerful front apron with brushed stainless steel inlays, integral, circular fog lamps ringed in chrome and additional air intakes. The muscular rear apron, painted in body colour, provides the perfect finishing touch to the sporty look.
